Brewga: Yoga Flow & Beer

Join yogi guru Nicole and all of us here at Bone Haus Brewing at 10am on Sunday for an Energize yoga class!

Energize yoga is a moving flow that builds strength, balance, and flexibility evenly in the body while a calm ease is carried through simple and challenging movements alike, leaving you in a centered, invigorated state.

25 tickets will be made available. Pending weather conditions, the class may be outside on our spacious patio.

This class is designed for everybody, and every body. Whether you're a first time yogi or a pro, we hope to see you here!

Please bring your own mat.

$15 drop in fee: includes 1 hour class and 1 pint of any beer, to be consumed after class concludes!
